If a customer provides logos, trademarks, brand names, drawings, reference images, product ideas, technical files or design materials to GLORILUM for a custom lighting project, the customer confirms that they have the legal right to use and provide those materials.

GLORILUM may use customer-provided materials only for project communication, quotation, sample development, production planning, packaging support or order fulfillment related to the customer’s project.

For OEM, ODM, private-label and custom lighting projects, product drawings, sample concepts, packaging ideas, technical specifications, production files, communication records and development materials may contain confidential or proprietary information.
