3.Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications and application information on our website.

However, product information may change from time to time due to product improvement, customization requirements, material availability, technical updates or production adjustments.

Product images are for reference only. Actual products may vary slightly in glass color, shape, finish, filament effect, brightness, size, technical configuration or packaging depending on the product model and custom project requirements.

Before placing an order or confirming a project, customers should verify all important product details with GLORILUM, including:

Product model

Glass shape and size

Glass color and finish

Filament design and filament color

Voltage requirement

Dimmable or non-dimmable version

Lamp base

Fixture compatibility

Packaging requirements

Quantity and delivery needs

4.Inquiry and Quotation

Submitting an inquiry through our website does not create a binding order or purchase agreement.

After receiving your inquiry, GLORILUM may contact you to understand your product needs, project requirements, target market, quantity, voltage, packaging and delivery details.

Quotations may be provided based on the information you submit. Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotations are for reference and may be subject to change due to material cost, order quantity, customization level, packaging requirements, shipping method, exchange rate or other project factors.

A quotation becomes effective only when confirmed in writing by GLORILUM.

5.Samples and Custom Projects

For custom lighting projects, samples may be developed for visual review, brightness testing, fixture matching, glass color confirmation, filament effect confirmation and technical checking.

Sample development may require additional time, sample fees, tooling fees, design confirmation or technical communication depending on the project requirements.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming sample details before bulk production, including appearance, color, brightness, voltage, lamp base, packaging and application suitability.

Once a customized sample, specification or production plan is approved by the customer, changes may affect cost, production time and delivery schedule.

6.Orders and Production

Orders are subject to written confirmation between GLORILUM and the customer.

For B2B, OEM, ODM, wholesale or custom project orders, production usually begins after all necessary details are confirmed, including product specifications, quantity, price, payment terms, packaging, delivery method and any custom requirements.

GLORILUM will make reasonable efforts to produce goods according to the confirmed specifications. However, minor variations may occur due to the nature of glass products, lighting effects, handmade or semi-custom processes, production batches and material differences.

7.Payment Terms

Payment terms should be confirmed in writing before order production.

Depending on the project type, order quantity and customer agreement, payment terms may include deposit payment, balance payment before shipment or other agreed payment arrangements.

GLORILUM reserves the right to delay sample development, production or shipment if payment is not received according to the agreed terms.

8.Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery arrangements depend on the order type, destination, shipping method, packaging requirements and project schedule.

Delivery time may be affected by production schedule, customization complexity, logistics availability, customs clearance, holidays, force majeure events or other factors beyond our control.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, local fees and destination charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Risk of loss or damage during transportation may be determined according to the agreed shipping terms or written agreement between GLORILUM and the customer.

9.Custom Packaging and Private Label

GLORILUM may support custom packaging, product labels, private-label packaging or OEM/ODM presentation requirements depending on the project.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any brand names, logos, trademarks, packaging content or design materials they provide do not infringe the rights of any third party.

GLORILUM may refuse to use any customer-provided materials that appear unlawful, infringing, misleading or inappropriate.

10.Intellectual Property

All content on www.glorilum.com, including text, images, product names, product descriptions, graphics, logos, design layouts, product photos, technical drawings, icons and website materials, is owned by or licensed to GLORILUM unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, sell or use our website content, product images or design materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission from GLORILUM.

Custom designs, samples, drawings, packaging concepts or product development materials created by GLORILUM may be protected by intellectual property rights and may not be copied or used without written authorization.

11.Customer-Provided Materials

If you provide logos, drawings, reference images, product ideas, technical files, brand materials or design concepts to GLORILUM, you confirm that you have the legal right to use and share those materials.

You agree that GLORILUM may use such materials for the purpose of project communication, sample development, quotation, production planning and order fulfillment.

We will not intentionally use your confidential project materials for unrelated purposes without your permission.

12.Website Content and External Links

Our website may include product information, application suggestions, lighting guides, project inspiration, blog content or links to third-party websites.

Such content is provided for general informational and business reference purposes only. It should not be considered professional engineering, electrical, installation or legal advice.

Third-party links are provided for convenience only. GLORILUM is not responsible for the content, privacy practices or policies of third-party websites.

13.Installation and Safety

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are installed and used correctly according to applicable electrical standards, local regulations, fixture requirements and product specifications.

Decorative bulbs should be installed by qualified professionals when required. Customers should confirm voltage, lamp base, fixture compatibility, dimming compatibility, installation direction and environmental conditions before use.

GLORILUM is not responsible for damage, failure or safety issues caused by incorrect installation, misuse, incompatible fixtures, wrong voltage, unauthorized modification or use outside the recommended application conditions.

14.Warranty and After-Sales Support

Warranty terms may vary depending on product type, order type, project requirement and written agreement.

If a product issue occurs, customers should contact GLORILUM with order details, product photos, videos, usage conditions and a clear description of the issue.

Warranty support may not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper installation, incorrect voltage, physical damage, unauthorized repair, unsuitable fixture use, abnormal operating conditions or normal wear and tear.

Specific warranty terms may be provided separately in our Warranty Policy or written project agreement.

15.Returns and Refunds

Because many GLORILUM products may involve custom specifications, special glass shapes, custom filament designs, voltage options, packaging requirements or OEM/ODM production, returns and refunds are handled according to the confirmed order terms and project agreement.

Customized products, approved samples and bulk orders produced according to confirmed specifications may not be eligible for return unless there is a confirmed quality issue or written agreement.

For more details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy when available.

16.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GLORILUM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, products, custom projects, shipping delays, installation issues or business decisions based on website content.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product order or project shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing.

17.No Guarantee of Project Results

GLORILUM may provide product recommendations, lighting suggestions, application images, project inspiration and customization advice based on customer information.

However, final lighting results may be affected by interior materials, fixture design, installation height, dimming system, surrounding light, wall color, layout and actual operating environment.

Customers should test samples and confirm product suitability before bulk production or large project installation.

18.Force Majeure

GLORILUM shall not be responsible for delays, failure to perform or inability to fulfill obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic, war, labor disputes, transportation disruption, customs delay, government actions, power failure, supplier issues or other force majeure events.

19.Changes to These Terms

We may update or revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of www.glorilum.com after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms & Conditions.

20.Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where GLORILUM operates, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract.

For B2B transactions, OEM/ODM projects, wholesale orders or custom lighting projects, specific commercial terms may be separately agreed in writing between GLORILUM and the customer.
