This Warranty Policy explains how GLORILUM handles product warranty support for decorative glass bulbs, Edison bulbs, T30 tube bulbs, custom filament bulbs, custom letter bulbs, colored filament bulbs, OEM/ODM products and project-based lighting orders related to www.glorilum.com.

GLORILUM is committed to providing reliable decorative lighting products and reasonable after-sales support for international B2B customers, including lighting brands, wholesalers, distributors, contractors, designers and commercial project buyers.

  1. General Warranty Coverage

GLORILUM provides warranty support for eligible products that have confirmed manufacturing defects under normal and proper use.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the standard warranty period is [Insert Warranty Period, for example: 12 months] from the date of shipment or delivery.

Warranty terms may vary depending on product type, project requirements, order quantity, custom specifications, customer agreement and applicable written contract.

  1. Products Covered by This Warranty

This Warranty Policy may apply to eligible GLORILUM products, including:

Decorative glass bulbs

Custom glass atmosphere bulbs

ST64 Edison bulbs

T30 tube bulbs

Custom letter and pattern bulbs

Colored filament bulbs

Dimmable decorative bulbs

Custom voltage bulbs

OEM and ODM decorative lighting products

Project-based custom lighting products

Specific warranty coverage may depend on the confirmed product model, technical configuration and written order agreement.

  1. What the Warranty Covers

This warranty may cover manufacturing-related defects that occur under normal use, including:

LED component failure caused by manufacturing defect

Confirmed electrical malfunction under correct voltage use

Major brightness failure not caused by installation or fixture issues

Significant manufacturing defect in glass shape or product assembly

Incorrect technical configuration that does not match confirmed order specifications

Product defects caused by confirmed production or material issues

If a product issue is confirmed to be covered by the warranty, GLORILUM will provide reasonable support according to the situation and order agreement.

  1. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:

Incorrect installation

Improper handling or storage

Use with the wrong voltage

Use with incompatible fixtures

Use with incompatible dimmers or control systems

Unauthorized modification or repair

Physical damage, impact, dropping or breakage

Water, moisture, humidity or outdoor exposure unless the product is specifically confirmed for such use

Overheating caused by unsuitable fixtures or poor ventilation

Normal wear and tear

Color variation caused by different production batches

Minor glass color, finish or shape variation within normal production tolerance

Misuse, abuse or operation outside recommended conditions

Damage during transportation, unless otherwise agreed or confirmed under shipping responsibility

Installation in unsafe, unstable or unsuitable environments

Warranty support may also not apply if the product has been altered, disassembled, repaired or modified without GLORILUM’s written approval.

  1. Glass Product Variation

Many GLORILUM products involve decorative glass, special shapes, custom colors, filament structures and lighting effects.

Minor differences in glass color, glass thickness, surface finish, shape, filament position, glow effect or visual appearance may occur due to production process, lighting environment, photography, screen display and batch differences.

These normal variations are not considered product defects unless they clearly exceed the confirmed product specifications or agreed quality standard.

  1. Custom Products and Approved Samples

For custom lighting projects, OEM/ODM products and private-label orders, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving samples, drawings, specifications, glass colors, filament effects, voltage options, lamp bases and packaging details before bulk production.

Once a sample or specification is approved by the customer, bulk production will be arranged according to the confirmed details.

Warranty claims for custom products will be evaluated based on the approved sample, confirmed specifications, written agreement and actual product issue.

  1. Dimmable Products and Compatibility

Some GLORILUM products may be available in dimmable or non-dimmable versions.

For dimmable products, customers should confirm dimmer compatibility, fixture compatibility, voltage requirements and installation conditions before use.

GLORILUM is not responsible for flickering, noise, unstable brightness, reduced lifespan or product failure caused by incompatible dimmers, unsuitable control systems, wrong wiring, incorrect voltage or improper installation.

  1. Voltage and Market Requirements

Customers are responsible for confirming the correct voltage requirement for their target market before sample development, order confirmation or project production.

Common voltage options may include 120V and 230V, and selected models may support wider voltage options such as 85V-265V.

Product failure caused by incorrect voltage selection, unstable power supply or use outside confirmed electrical specifications is not covered by this warranty.

  1. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To request warranty support, please contact GLORILUM with the following information:

Order number or invoice number

Product model and quantity affected

Clear description of the issue

Photos and videos showing the problem

Photos of the lamp base, fixture and installation environment

Voltage and dimmer information if applicable

Date of installation and use conditions

Packaging photos if shipping damage is involved

GLORILUM may request additional information to evaluate the issue accurately.

  1. Warranty Evaluation

After receiving the claim information, GLORILUM will review the case based on product details, order records, photos, videos, installation conditions, usage environment and confirmed specifications.

In some cases, we may provide troubleshooting suggestions before confirming whether the issue is covered by warranty.

If the issue cannot be verified from the information provided, additional evidence, product return or further technical review may be required.

  1. Warranty Solutions

If a product issue is confirmed to be covered by warranty, GLORILUM may provide one or more of the following solutions:

Technical troubleshooting support

Replacement parts where applicable

Replacement product

Partial replacement for affected quantity

Repair guidance where applicable

Credit or other reasonable commercial support

The final solution will depend on the product type, issue type, order agreement, product availability and project situation.

GLORILUM is not responsible for installation labor costs, removal costs, reinstallation costs, third-party service fees, business loss or indirect costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  1. Shipping Costs for Warranty Support

Shipping costs related to warranty support will be handled according to the confirmed responsibility, order terms and written agreement.

If the product issue is confirmed to be caused by a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, GLORILUM may provide reasonable shipping support for replacement products depending on the case.

If the issue is caused by incorrect use, installation problems, wrong voltage, fixture incompatibility, transportation damage or customer-side factors, related costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

  1. Limitations of Warranty

This Warranty Policy applies only to eligible GLORILUM products purchased or ordered through confirmed business communication with GLORILUM.

This warranty is not transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GLORILUM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including loss of business, loss of profit, installation costs, project delays or third-party claims arising from product use or product failure.

  1. Relationship with Other Policies

Shipping damage, missing items and logistics-related issues may be handled according to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Returns and refunds may be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy when available.

For OEM/ODM projects, wholesale orders or custom lighting projects, specific warranty terms may also be included in a quotation, invoice, purchase order, contract or written agreement. If there is a conflict, the written project agreement shall apply.

GLORILUM may update this Warranty Policy from time to time to reflect product updates, business practices or project requirements.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
